According to the Decision 2936/QD-BNG dated October 16, 2013 of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, the National Center for Interpretation and Translation Center is a public service provider directly under MOFA.
As a public service provider, the Center has its own legal status, seal and can open accounts at the State Treasury and Bank in accordance with the law. The Center excercises its autonomy and self-responsibility in providing services within its prescribed functions and duties.
The Center's transaction name in English is: National Center for Interpretation and Translation (NCIT). It is headquartered at MOFA's working compound No. 7, Chu Van An street, Hanoi.
