Mission and Vision

Over the past three decades, Viet Nam has consistently implemented an open foreign policy to multilateralise, diversify its international relations and actively integrate into international economic and political affairs. In that process, enhanced international cooperation and information exchange has resulted in a rise in demand for interpretation and translation in various different fields.

In response to this emerging trend, building on professional qualifications of its team, NCIT aims to become Viet Nam’s leading organization to provide high quality interpretation and translation services, training to enhance foreign language skills for those in need and especially to develop a set of translation and interpreting theory as a foundation necessary for standardization.

To realize the above specific objectives, NCIT wishes to act as a real information bridge between Viet Nam and the world, promote professionalization of translation and interpretation nationwide, make practical contributions to Viet Nam’s international integration.
